Our product prices are determined based on the quantity you want to purchase and the shipping method. May I know how many sets of this product need to be ordered and how they will be shipped?

For the first cooperation, we would only accept by On-line Secure payment. In the next order, we will accept by T/T western union and Chinese Bank transfer.

May I have your Catalog ?
Sure, you are welcomed to require a catalog, we would be appreciated that if you leave us your company name, or your website,your main interested products.
When will you ship out after I place Order ?
Most of the items are in stock, except some less favored custom-made products. We will deliver the produce within 3 days you placed the order. If by sea, we will update the tracking number in 1-2 weeks, if by air, we will update the tracking by 3-5 working days.
Is your product easy to install?
Yes, our products are designed with customer installation convenience in mind, and undergo installation testing in the early stages to ensure that customers have the shortest installation time, simple installation, and the best results before mass production. We also have a very detailed installation manual.
In which way that we ship out the products ?
Normally we highly recommend you to keep stocks for wholesalers, we ship containers by sea to you normally it takes one and half months to arrive the destination ports. Less than 5 sets, we recommend you to ship with Combine containers by sea which takes 35-60 days, normally it costs 300 usd for 1 set to the port near you.
When you go to pick up the products, you will need to pay destination cost ( around 100-500 usd depend on different countries).Also if you need them in urgent, we also provide it by sea which takes 3-7 days arrive local airport, and you have to pick up the parts at local airport and pay custom(around 100-200 usd).
For small item like grille, we will ship by EMS DHL and fedex, the shipping cost we provide is for EMS , if you need faster shipment please contact us.
Service FAQs
Will your packaging and transportation damage the product? What if the product breaks after I receive it ?
The packaging design of each of our products can effectively protect them, and the outer packaging boxes are made of thick cardboard boxes, which can be used for long-distance transportation. If there is any damage after receiving the goods, you can provide photos to tell us which product is damaged, and we will immediately replenish the goods for you.
Do your products have a warranty period ?
Sure, Warranty period of one year.
What help can you provide if I encounter any problems during the installation process ?
If you encounter any problems during installation, we can have a video conference with our engineers to help solve them. Alternatively, I can seek assistance from local cooperative clients to resolve the issue.
I have some other products that I need, but I am not familiar with other factories in China. Can you help me?
